Scope of Business
Bellex, Inc. is a manufacturer of quality wire fabrications and welded metals assemblies for the Automotive, Commercial and Industrial markets specializing in complex wire forms.
Our core business involves production welding and fabricating, CNC wire forming, stamping and CNC machining of Custom Engineered Metal Products. 50% of our business is producing OEM components on a JIT schedule. We also produce part holding products used in the painting process for automotive vehicle bodies, industrial production paint lines. These jig fixtures (paint aides) usually meet specific customer requirements to hold their part for painting.
Our corporate commitment is to produce the highest quality product for our Customers. We are dedicated to delivering superior quality goods and services through innovative technologies in sales, manufacturing and product distribution. We are centrally located in Tennessee to provide one-day delivery of products to our valued customers.

Wire Forming
Bellex, Inc. made a major capital expenditure into the wire forming market, purchasing high capacity 3D CNC computer programmable wire bending unit, in December 1997. This unit can produce three-dimensional complex parts and has tooling to bend from 0.125 to 0.3125" diameter of any type of wire material.

Metal Stamping
We currently produce metal stampings for our OEM production on a 110T Stemtec press using progressive dies with a 8in. wide servo feed systems. We have also increased our steel inventory with our new building addition with a 3Ton overhead crane.

Welding
We currently weld all wire and rack fabrications using semi-automatic or robotic welding equipment. We also design and produce our own welding tooling components and rebuilt all of our welding equipment with electronic controllers to improve our resistance welding process.

Machine Tooling
Since 1995 Bellex, Inc. implemented computer based technology that can produce fixtures and tooling from digital drawings from our customers. We machine these components on a Bridgeport 760/22 Heavy Duty Vertical Mill for part fixtures and welding tooling. Large complex components can be machined easily using the latest technology in tool path CAD drawing software.
